Yoon's pivotal misrepresentation 뻔뻔한 윤석열

( Source- 알리미 황희두 4.12 Youtube ) Yoon's big lie at his confirmation hearing as the Prosecutor General nominee. He was asked his opinion on separation of investigative power from indictment power in the prosecution offices. He replied, "I think it's a very desirable direction (to go)."

When asked the same question again this past week by a reporter, Yoon replied, "It's been a long time since I left the prosecutors office, I'm too busy with other problems now, like attending to the livelihood of the people." (Is one year a long time?) In other words he evaded the question that is the hottest political question of the day in South Korea as the National Assembly intends to pass prosecutorial reforms stripping them of their investigative powers and monopoly on indictment and prosecution powers. Why? Because Yoon knows the video of his confirmation hearing, proof of his dissimulation, is out there in public and he knows he opposed any interference in "prosecution independence as a constitutional issue," during his campaign. His party and the press right now are desperately seeking a means to stop these legal reforms.

Another blatant Yoon lie, "My wife is not interested in politics."

(4.14) At this point it's important to note, that Yoon's nomination of Han Dong-hun as Minister of Justice is likely intended as a means to circumvent any of the potential changes to prosecutorial powers that the National Assembly may implement before Yoon takes office as president. Analysts also regard Yoon's confidant and political fixer Han as the Crown Prince who will have effective control over the Prosecutor General despite previous and current contentions by Yoon, the PPP, and others, that the Prosecutor General's office was not subject to control by the Minister of Justice but a constitutionally independent body. Han is then expected to be in line for nomination as prime minister in a year or two. There is some unspoken resistance within traditional conservative circles inside the party. Yoon's faction also appears to be challenging senior party members expected to run for regional and municipal offices in the June election. As minister, Han is expected to pursue a vindictive course of prosecutions against democratic party politicians, in particular, Moon Jae-in and his family, and Lee Jae-myung and his family. Baseless accusations of wrongdoing by their wives has already begun in the conservative press.

If and when prosecutorial reforms are implemented by the National Assembly, the current Prosecutor General and regional prosecution chiefs have threatened to resign claiming reduction of prosecution powers is "unconstitutional."
